At iBreathe Retail, we provide a simple and stress-free shopping experience for our customers. You can place an order with us easily by visiting our website and following the simple steps. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, you can make payment through Paypal or by entering your card details. You can also take advantage of any discounts by entering the relevant code. If you want to add more items to your order, simply click “Continue Shopping” and add them to your cart.

We recommend that you create an account on our website so that you can easily track your order history and receive promotions if you join our exclusive discount club.

Please note that by placing an order, you are making an offer to buy goods from us. We will confirm receipt of your order, but this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We will only accept your order subject to availability.

If we are unable to supply you with the goods you have ordered, we reserve the right to provide you with substitute goods of similar quality and function. You have the option to return the substitute goods at our cost if they are not acceptable.

Delivery of your order will take place within 48 hours of our acceptance of your order. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery. We use reputable courier services such as DHL, Royal Mail, and DPD. If your order is missing, we will re-send the missing products to you at no cost after 14 business days.

Please inspect your delivery and report any damaged or faulty goods as soon as possible. If we fail to supply you with your goods within 28 days, we will contact you to let you know and give you a revised delivery date. If we fail to supply you, or if you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, or misdescribed, we will replace the item free of charge or refund your money. We may ask for independent confirmation of any claimed faults.

If the goods are faulty, unsatisfactory, or unfit for their purpose, we will repair them or offer you a like-for-like replacement. If a repair is not possible within a reasonable period of time, we will offer you a refund equivalent to the replacement cost of the item. Refunds will be based on the replacement cost of the goods, and all refunds will be completed within 30 days.
